#12 vm.heapsize.max.percent cause "Error starting VM"

When I use option vm.heapsize.max.percent=75 as specified in documentation as example, winrun4j execution popup a message box with the message "Error starting VM"
and in stderr log file contains:
[info] Percent is: f
[info] Avail Phys: 1966m
[info] vmarg.3=-Xmx0m

    I tried lower percent value such as 60, 50 and even 30 - with the same result.
