#2623 Add glossary topic to help
Added new topic glossary.xml per earlier suggestion by Kimmo. Included in book file and formatted in all.css.
Glossary entries are based on internal terms in wiki (modified for user audience, I hope), and some candidates from help. We may want to have a few review cycles before committing :-)
Once it's part of the doc, we can add links within help topics to glossary terms.

Sorry I've lost track a bit with these manual patches - what did we decide about this?
Setting lower priority as I don't think this is priority for 2.10 release. After 2.10 is done we can look more closely to our terminology and add glossary.
