WinMerge 2.2.4 (stable) released

WinMerge is a tool for visual difference display and merging, for both files and directories. Version 2.2.4 is a stable release, it has some bugfixes and translation updates from version 2.2.2.

Important changes after 2.2.2 release:
- bug fixes:
-- patch generation could delete original UTF-8 files
-- unicode version added garbage to files when spaces added instead of tabs
-- opening file could fail in some cases
-- saving UTF-8 files didn't add BOM bytes always
- NSIS files syntax highlighting in editor
- new Turkish translation
- translation updates
- removed 7-zip integration dlls from *.zip
