The "Plugin Download" link to download the 7-zip plugin installer is broken, it takes you to the wrong location.
It takes you tp https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmerge/files/OldFiles/ instead of https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmerge/files/7-zip-plugin/
I tried it on 2.14.0, but it's most likely broken on all versions of WinMerge.
