#1 Channel topic with multiple lines

I'm just posting it here so I won't forget.
I have to remember to try to fix the topic text widget;
the way it is now is not friendly when the topic
doesn't fit in the available space; the line is broken,
and there's no easy way to read it.
I'll see if I can do something about it, but as I'm not
a GUI designer, I'll be glad (and all the users too) if
somebody can give a good suggestion.
Maybe just removing the line breaks, and add an
horizontal scrollbar? If someone has any suggestion,
please post it here.

I think the best solution is to allow the user to vertically
scroll le bottom line of the topic area, as the other lines
between 2 areas.

Maybe it won't be very hard to do it: I think the code will
be near the same present in other parts of source where
resizing is implemented.

Thank you for your great job.

P.S.: using native window GUI programmin maybe resolve many
crash problems... but maybe too long to converto from GTK (?)
