#30 IR transciever

I have an off the shelf IR transciever which connects through the RS-232 port.

This device sends and receives data through TX and RX respectively.

However, inorder for this device to transmit/receive, the DTR and RTS have to be activated both at the same time.

Would it be possible to activate these two handshake signals at the same time using the SerialDevice.dll plugin? If so, how?
