#44 Auto away could be more useful

The present implementation of the Auto Away feature
isn't particularly useful.

The problem is I don't want to be marked Away just
because I'm not using WinJab if I'm using another
application (eg. email/word). Rather, only if I'm not
using the computer (ie. no keyboard/mouse activity).

One option might be to enable Auto Away when the
screen saver becomes active and then back Online when
the screen saver stops.

Another option is to check for system-wide mouse activity,
but that would need a system-wide hook and a .dll file to
put the procedures in.
