#670 Default nickname for bookmark groups

On version, 0.9.6.5 of WinJab, you could have a default
nickname for each group you had in your favorites. Now
with 1.1.0.1 there are only bookmarks now, which is fine
except I do not see a way to have a defualt nickname for
each bookmarked group. If a feature (Favorite Groups)
is taken away, then the features of that feature should
be incorporated in the replacement feature.
