#75 Handle opening folders

This could be buggy depending on what people do... but try to implement.

If a folder is passed to open from Finder instead of a file, read the contents of the folder and any file type in that folder that is listed as associated it should try to open them all. Will take a change to WineskinLauncher and WineskinX11.
