- moved message defines to Messages.h
- removed WH_GETMESSAGE hook
- re enabled sublassing but now with the shell functions
- WM_SYSCOMMAND is now handled by the subclass, so the right click window menu
works with the chrome browser (Move To desktop...)
- ToggleOnTop() completely in subclass
- eat WM_DWMCOMPOSITIONCHANGED in windows is hidden so it could not appear if aero is disabled (chrome window)
- set PAGER_HIDE prob to window if hidden
- removed PAGER_NEW_DESKTOP prob
