Win32SVN 1.7.16 Released

I'm happy to announce my release of Subversion 1.7.16 Win32 binaries and installer

They are available on SourceForge:

Note: Subversion servers, httpd up to 1.7.14, svnserve up to 1.7.13, have security issues.
