Win32SVN 1.6.23 Released

I'm happy to announce my release of Subversion 1.6.23 Win32 binaries and installer

They are available on SourceForge:

Note: Subversion servers (httpd and svnserve) up to 1.6.21 (inclusive) have security issues.

Note that this is a service release of the version 1.6.x branch.
The best release is in the 1.7.x branch.
