I attempted to change the router ip address to
10.30.30.10 with the subnet 255.0.0.0 to fit into my
network, however it returns 'The values you entered are
invalid. Please try again.' even though the values are
valid.
After firthur testing i found no settings you enter on
a subnet other than 255.255.255.0 are consdiered valid.

I don't think this is a bug, as this router was designed to
handle on one class C subnet, so a mask of 255.255.255.0 was
appropriate at the time. In the interest of options, I think
this should be moved to the 'requested feature' section.
There, an extended range of masking can be applied, such as
255.255.0.0 . On the flip side, I'm sure this router would
die a horrible death if it had to handle 65536 addresses. I
would like a video of that, so we could see the wisps of
smoke flowing of the poor little blue box.
