#8 "CellPropSettings" don't work for table headers

The possibility to set cell properties in table item renderers (IUnTable.pcmf_setCellAlign(), IUnTable.pcmf_setCellBorder() etc.) does not work for table header rows.

The only solution at the moment is to use boxes instead of the default labels in the header cells to set alignments and borders.

I think there are missing some replacement variables in the html_table.templ sections for the header (#HEAD#, #NHEAD#), but I'm not sure if the renderer already suppports replacing them for header rows...
