Clients have address information. In The UI press the
address book button on the customers section.

I am unsure what you mean by Category. Clients are
currently assigned to groups sometimes called price bands.
Traditionally this would be "Band A", "Band B" and so forth.
These clients would then be charged in accordance to thier
    group.

This is reflected in the system. In addition unique mark-up
per item per group can be added so that an item that yeld
little profit or becomes over priced can be adjusted per group.

    Is this what you mean?

My comment was based on screenshots as was unable to
install the system (see my other mail), sorry for asking
    for what was already done.

Category is useful for purposes other than pricing. It may
be client preferences, say, buys only t-shorts and we will
send him a corresponding catalogue, type of
business/industry or similar, preferably user-defined list
    (combo).

Cannot be sure that it is not done yet but I would be nice
to be able to show product small (thimble-nail) photo and
full photo and product barcode field.
The following product info would be also helpful:
On Order Quantity, Back Order Quantity, Booked Quantity,
    In Transit Quantity

BTW, do you plan new release anytime soon?

I would recommend to download AMBIS from
http://www.accvision.com/ and have a look for some nice
features. However, I like that you are Access besed.

    I hope it helps
