Moved to Github, ported to Python3.3

New releases (0.3, 0.4, 0.5)

In the next few days we will release version 0.3 - with experimental GUI support and distutils for installation.

Version 0.4 will be released shortly after that, containing a stable and fast GUI.

The development of version 0.5 will start then, with a full user-documentation and some code rewritten (faster, more beautiful).

Wesen alpha-0.1 released (programmable life simulation)

After 25 days of development, the wesen (german word for "something alive") project releases it's first results.

Wesen is a simulation of lifeforms and food in a n-dimensional world where the user programs different species directly in Python.
Currently, the wesen are able to look, eat, reproduce and communicate.

We are sorry, at this time, a bug prevents all win32 users from testing. There is also no installation or packaging system working yet.... read more
