#8 Improve ordering tools

Current system for changing field order (up/down
arrows) is too time-consuming, especially when multiple
new fields are added. Would be nice to have a DHTML
solution that would make this faster (drag and drop),
or even simply add "fast forward" buttons that would
jump a row up/down by 5 or 10 instead of one at a time.

Another thought on this -- maybe instead of (or in addition
to) the above solution it would be good to add very small
"Insert Field Here" buttons between existing fields. Then
you could stick new fields exactly where you want them
without having to add and then move all the way up to the
final destination.

Of course, this still wouldn't solve the issue of clients
deciding to re-order existing fields. A better ordering
interface is still clearly needed.
