#1 Global Spam Filtering

Please allow an option to filter multiple email accounts
with one set of filters.

I am using websieve on a mail server that serves 40
email accounts. I would like to set the filters up from a
central location that would apply to everyone. As a
bonus perhaps the individuals could supliment the
default filters with their own personal filters.
