#59 API: direct entry for participants

Currently, the moderator may start/enter the meeting directly if the API has been used to create a meeting and related entry URL.

The URL created for participants, however, still prompts participants for more data before dropping them into the meeting. There should be an option for putting participants directly into the meeting with no prompts.
