Webconference sucessfully continuing after XOP Universal Service Node session is terminated

1. Login as moderator and create a conference where the WEB checkbox has been
selected.
2. Forward the appropriate link received in an email to a participant and have
him join the meeting
3. Leave XOP Universal Service Node unattended for the minimum amount of time
available for a timeout (30minutes) that has already been set under System
Configuration. Same thing when moderator logs off

Actual Result: Webconference continues successfully XOP Universal Service Node
session is terminated

Expected Result: I expected that the webconference would end
