As soon as I have WebAutoType installed, KeePass2 always includes the default auto-type entry in the list. See description in https://sourceforge.net/p/keepass/discussion/329220/thread/6cd0394e/.

As posted on that discussion thread, there is nothing to fix in WebAutoType, this behaviour is correct.
