Known issue that happens when upgrading from an old Webmin version. The only fix is to upgrade manually, which is basically just the same as installing ..
Sadly I can't fix this, as the bug lies in Webmin itself :-(

Can't you provide a code snippet or an updated module? (module updating still seems to work, just that it refuses to update because of the old version!)
It's mucho inconvenient to go to all my webmin setups and "renew" them.
Apart from that. What's the correct way to update them? Does running setup.sh detect the already existing Webmin installation? Or do I have to remove it first?

I could provide a code snippet .. but applying it would be just as much effort as installing the new version of Webmin manually. And yes, running setup.sh will detect the existing install properly..
