#254 error, file not found

when logging into webmin trying to use an invalid
user account, the login is unsuccessfull.
subsequently, when you try to log in with a valid
account, i.e. root, you recieve "error, file not
found." the url has become

"http://localhost:10000/ /"

note: see the extra slash at the end.
