#2450 no command output from custom command

When I put a custom command of test in the custom
command tool and the command is "ls -l" no output is
returned.
Webmin release 1.26 os = Redhat 3.0 browser = Firefix
1.5.0.1 Internet Explorer = 6.0.2900 sp2
The command when run from the command line works fine.
I have tried all themes provided in the default install
there is no difference. Just no output no matter what
I try.

The code works in 1.22 and does not work in 1.26 I have
included a diff file with the list of diffs from 1.22 to 1.26
1.26 <-- 1.22 --> in file. It appears that the sql code may
have broken the output coding. I hope this reduces the
debugging time.
