#2181 webmin config proxy - SAVE button missing

I try to tell my webmin to update itself through a
proxy server, but I cannot save my settings. There is
no SAVE Button visible.

Used IE and Mozilla with the same result.
btw: Webmin runs on Suse Pro 9.3

Also tried to find the config-file to enter my info
manually, but no success.

This will happen if the system on which you are running
Webmin cannot connect to the internet. The short-term fix is
to go online, make the changes, and then disconnect.
Future releases will include a better fix.
