#1677 Duplicate users listed where mail server is NIS Master

Simply stated It would seem that this Module is getting
user names twice once from the passwd file and once
from NIS. If might be good if some logic was added to
check to see if the server is the NIS master and ignore
that data and just go to the password file ... or simply
filter the resulting list. A third solution would be to look
at the nsswitch file and filter to that spec.
