#2 .htaccess management

Hi,

I was really happy to find Web-FTP, it saves me so
much headaches... Great work guys.

My feature request is the ability to
create/modify/delete .htaccess & .htpasswd files for
directories in the user's home dirs. Since you already
have the editor and the framework, it shouldn't be hard to
add a "Web-Protect" function to the left banner, and
allow users to protect dirs...

I know it's not a job for a FTP client, but I find it very
natural to include this feature here..
