When reusing an assignment from a previous course, the
assignment does not show up for staff in the BlueJ
lister for the current course unless the name of the
assignment has been changed.
This issue appears to be the same as 1475539, "Published
assignment definitions for multiple courses wrong". I am
closing this one but leaving the other open until the
problem is fixed.
