#1 remove selection start out of bounds message

When drag-selecting on the waveform from right to left, if you hold it too long, an annoying "selection start out of bounds" message pops up.
Since that is a pretty common sound editing task (removing garbage or silence from the start of a file) and there is really no need to do anything other than stop at 0, this one-line patch does exactly that.
