Hi,

I'd like to report a bug that occurred under Fedora 16 with different soundcards.
Sounds are played incompletely - the playing ends approximately 200 ms or so before playing is complete. This happens when playing complete files, when playing a selection only, also when playing the entire file in a loop. I've tested with different sound files and observed the same behavior every thime. Aplay on the shell plays the complete sound.

We use wavesurfer a lot in teaching and would be very grateful if this problem could be fixed!

These are two configurations in which I can reproduce the problem:

> cat /etc/fedora-release
Fedora release 16 (Verne)
> uname -a
Linux computer1 3.4.11-1.fc16.x86_64 #1 SMP Sun Sep 16 13:50:06 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Soundcards:
lspci|grep Audio
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 5 Series/3400 Series Chipset High Definition Audio (rev 05)
01:00.1 Audio device: nVidia Corporation High Definition Audio Controller (rev a1)

and also same Fedora,

uname -a
Linux computer2 3.6.2-1.fc16.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Oct 17 05:30:01 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Soundcard:
lspci|grep Audio
02:00.1 Audio device: nVidia Corporation High Definition Audio Controller (rev a1)
07:04.0 Multimedia audio controller: C-Media Electronics Inc CMI8788 [Oxygen HD Audio]

Thanks very much for maintaining a very helpful tool!
