Love the program. Here are a couple of things that I thought would make it easier to use. At least from my perspective.

An option to default to a user specific format in the Save As form or if that's not doable then maybe the program could remember the last format you saved a file under and default to that one. When I use the program I usually save many files (usually MP3) from an original one (could be anything) and this would save having to go to the drop down menu a ton for me.

Maybe an option to save new files in the same format as the one you pasted from?

When I first started using WaveShop, I had a problem figuring out how to select from the beginning of the file to the cursor or from the cursor to the end. At that time I kept thinking a couple of icons on the toolbar would be great for us beginners. After learning how ctrl and the brackets work to select portions of the file, I am happy to use those. It's probably faster that way as well. Still, for beginners, one click from the toolbar might help them to stick with the program longer.

I keep trying to use the arrow keys to move the cursor in incremental steps. Maybe I've overlooked the correct way to do this, but to be able to shift the cursor slightly via the keyboard would be really nice. Currently, I'm placing the cursor before my target, hitting space bar and then hitting it again to stop where I want it to be. That seems like a work-around to how it could be.

Thank you for this great program. I'm loving it. If you don't use any of my suggestions, I'm still happy with it as is.
