bool vgl_lineseg_test(l1,l2) does not "return true if the two linesegments meet" as the documentation says. It returns true if the line passing through l1 intersects l2. I'm not sure if this is by design or if it is missing the reverse test. Right now, to test if two segments intersect, you'd have to get (vgl_lineseg_test(l1,l2) && vgl_lineseg_test(l2,l1)). Also, related to clipping, there doesn't seem to be a function that clips a line segment by a polygon (resulting in one or more line segments). -om |
