Generalise 10-star list to arbitrary star groups that can be created, deleted, and selected from. The initial motivation was the Citizen Sky Southern Gems team, but this has broader applicability, e.g. being able to group by type (e.g. Mira-type), personal observations etc.

The new-star from database dialog shows these groups. Groups have been added as a preferences dialog pane. Groups and stars can be added singly or as a list of stars for a new group. VSX is consulted to identify stars and retrieve their AUIDs.
The Java Prefs API is used to persist star groups across sessions.
