#92 Check-out without replacing local file

When refreshing, if you have a file you edited without
checking out (for example while working offline) - the
plugin asks you if you want to check out and get the file
from source safe.

There should be an option to check-out the file, without
replacing the local file ("don't get local copy");

I did exactly this today - when checking out the file the plugin
asks if you want to replace the local copy. Say no and as far
as I know this is what you are asking for?
