The vss plugin doesn't seem to work with the newest release 3.1M2.
I had 3.1M1 and it was still working -- after upgrading to 3.1M2 the context menus are still shown but can't be executed -- the preference page is not coming up.

I switched back to Eclipse 3.1M1 -- with this one it works.
I also sent a mail to Marcus Nylander the author of the plugin.
Marcus sent just me a message there is a new version org.vssplugin_1.6.0_3.1M2-comp.zip available ---
It seems to work ! Great !
