Patch to run with vs-2008 and maybe vs-2005(not tested).
Problems are still the hard coded registry keys: eg. HKCU\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0\AddIns\vsedebug.Connect
you have to change that in order to run on vs 7/8/9.
