Very simple change: Please show at least 2 (perferrably
3) decimals of precision for distance mode. This is
essential for cases where a measured distance shows up
as a borderline case of what can be travelled in 1 turn,
for example "81.5" - if this is really 81.49ly then the
journey can be made in 1 turn, but if it's 81.51ly then it
can't. The ETA may show if it's a 1-turn or 2-turn
journey for a ship, but that's of no use if you're simply
measuring the distance between two planets, or two
points in space.

I hope you know that there is not rule "everything below X
is reached"?

Assuming VPA correctly predicts the idiosyncrasies of HOST's
movement code, perhaps the ETA display could be used when
measuring distances between two points in space. That is,
the same ETA/fuel consumption display as show when you set
a waypoint for a ship, except don't display the fuel
consumption column. Then I could see if this "81.5" distance
is doable in 1 turn or not.
