I would like to port the 3D graphics code from what is currently
being used (GL4Java) to JOGL (https://jogl.dev.java.net/).
Why? GL4Java does not appear to be actively supported anymore.
For example, there is no version of GL4Java that runs under Java
1.4 under MacOS X (you have to step back to Java 1.3). JOGL
appears to have a more promising future.
