#28 12 month recurrence fails in December

Hi,

I've just started using vcalendar and naturally enough
started adding anniversaries etc.
Whenever I add an anniversary in December (2006) with a
twelve month recurrence it only propogates to even
numbered years. If I add the same anniversary in
December 2007 it propogates to odd numbered years.

Anniversaries added in other months seem fine so far
and appear in all years.

I haven't made a proper investigation yet - so
apologies if this is covered somewhere else.

with patch 1.1.5.3 applied.
