VA - alpha binaries 6.0.0.10

VA: Made headers in messages display using <PRE> html tags, so that the layout isn't messed up by wrapping, space removal, etc. This makes forwarding headers to spam traps much more effective.

VA: View Source now also uses <PRE> html tag.

VA: Changed display of spaces in text messages to avoid multiple spaces being shown as a single space.

VA: Fixed display of message reference URL's to avoid html-significant characters being munged - in particular, message-id's are now shown properly, instead being invisible.

INET: If a Message-Id was less than 2 characters long, INET32 sometimes crashed.

INET: INET32 will parse any user-defined Bcc, Cc and To headers, and treat the addresses therein as if they had been passed from VA in the normal way. Such user-defined headers will subsequently be ignored, because the addresses will appear in the normal headers created by INET.

INET: Locally copied mail will include the Bcc header as it originally used to, but the automatically generated copy to the sender will not be added to the Bcc header.
