#120 EOB1: Sound Failure

Im trying to use the launchpad with Eye Of The
Beholder. Im using the default configuration, and running
the game through the shortcut created. VDMSound
loads successfully, but the sound itself does not.

I have an idea as to why this may be. I dont have the
means at the moment with which to install this game
normally, and as such, the source path is different from
the actual path, and I cannot change it. Every time I
start the game, it asks me CGA/EGA/VGA, Ablid or
Soundblaster/PC Speaker/None, Mouse? y/n that sorta
thing. Doesnt save anything to a configuration file of
any sort, so I have to do this each time. After which,
the game then starts. Not sure if this matters.

Any assistance, especially to the point of a solution,
would be greatly appreciated. Considering Ill prolly need
to perform the same type of fixes for the final two titles
after the first, itd be good to figure it out sooner than
later. Also, if anyone knows how to fix that whole source
path issue, that gets slightly annoying, and might be the
cause of the sound failure. Thanks folks. :)

Sorry for the doublepost. As it turns out, it works now. Not
sure if it was because I changed the path from C:/EOB/ to
C:/EOB1/ or not, but Id rather not mess with whats no longer
broken to find out. EOB is, as Im sure you are already aware,
compatible, woot. Thanks in advance.
