#24 enable "Turbo off" mode

I noticed that when playing the oldest Oregon Trail on
an old computer, the game worked very well
when "Turbo" was turned off. When turbo was turned
on, the computer's PC speaker made the music sound
too fast.

On my 2.19 GHz computer that also has a PC speaker
Orgeon Trail's music doesn't exist, really. It's just a
squealing sound. I am unable to stop to hunt for food
because of the speed of the computer.
