#17 VDMSRun.bat, command-line parameters

Line 20 of VDMSRun.bat (under the 'Run the game'
section):

call %1 should be replaced with
call %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9

in order to allow cmd line parameters to be sent to the
DOS game or application (I personally needed this
because I send /sitsb16.mmx to my IT.exe file --
Impulse Tracker)
