i.e.:
taskbar {
Tk notab
}

I doesn't work neither in vcxsrv.1.14.2.0.installer.exe (winxp 32 bit) nor with vcxsrv-64.1.14.5.installer.exe (win7)

noframe topmost works fine:

styles {
Tk noframe topmost
}
