#135 Multiple save directories for individual systems

One thing I would appreciate in VBA is if we could assign
a single directory for save files as it is now, and have the
ability to setup multiple directories. One for GBA saves,
another for GB saves, a third for GBC saves, and
whatever else is supported with the emulator.
