#15 pre4 archive fails with tar 1.12

The file runin/bin/print_disk_info in the original pre4 archiv has a wrong timestamp (1.1.70). tar version 1.12 cannot handle this file and skips it without warning.
Quickfix: use new tar to unpack, touch file, repack archiv.

mine, but I thought I had hidden that away from everyone. I
will replace the pre4 archive.
