assert (std::equal(replace_invalid_result.begin(), replace_invalid_result.end(), fixed_invalid_sequence));

used as in example doc for replace_invalid gives assert fail

sorry if misposted, but don't know where to ask for help on using the library, could not find any post button on the support page..
