I have installed Use Case Maker 2.0.0.1 on my Windows Vista box. I looked at the screenshots on the information page, and I do not see anything like that when I try to create an actor or anything else. I am wondering if either the fact I am using Vista, or the fact my .NET framework is 3.5 SP1 is a major factor. I will continue to try working with Use Case Maker 2, to see if I am overlooking something. If anyone has any information or insight they would care to pass on, I would greatly appreciate it.
