#17 SVG support

i'm not too sure what's actually involved but it has been suggested that it would be good to add SVG support to UpStage.

what would be the implications of adding it to UpStage. any ideas?
As I don't think anyone will implement a SVG parser in UpStage itself it would mean a new dependancy from yet another command-line converter tool like inkscape (which not only is a GUI application but can be used as a converter on the command-line, too).
