While working for extending MediaTomb
(http://mediatomb.sourceforge.net) a UPnP Media Server
that uses libupnp, I extended the httpGet
functionalities provided by the library that others
might find useful.

Added proxy support by introducing UpnpOpenHttpGetProxy.
UpnpOpenHttpGet now just calls UpnpOpenHttpGetProxy
with the proxy url set to NULL.

Added UpnpHttpGetProgress to check the progress of an
UpnpReadHttpGet from another thread.

Added UpnpCancelHttpGet to stop an UpnpReadHttpGet from
another thread.
